About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team at VF Corporation. As a key member of our national sales team, you will be responsible for representing our brand in-market, driving account performance, and supporting our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive account performance and sales turnover.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and training to retail partners, ensuring they are equipped to sell our products effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and coordinate the setup, organization, and smooth running of our showroom for each selling season.
  • Provide support to the sales agents and manage the specified geographical region for the B2B accounts.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail sales, preferably in the running and outdoor sector.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence the store team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build good relationships.
  • Ability to be on the road regularly, with frequent travel required.
  • Enthusiasm for the outdoor lifestyle and a strong passion for our brand.
