Role Overview
The National Sales Development Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and development across our national sales team. This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
As a National Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Staff Training and Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to sales staff to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Brand Excellence
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all sales materials and presentations are of the highest quality and align with our brand standards.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer and market data to inform sales strategies and presentations.
- Ambassadors Impact
- Lead the T-RED ambassadors in-country to promote our brand and products in local communities.
- Develop and implement programs to engage with ambassadors and leverage their influence to amplify our marketing initiatives.
- Internal Support
- Manage the set-up, organization, and smooth running of the showroom for each selling season.
- Provide sales support and coordination for smaller direct territory sales accounts.
- Assist in the management of the specified geographical region for B2B accounts, ensuring commercial success and achievement of key financial targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in retail and sales, preferably in the running and outdoor sector.
- Leadership skills to motivate and influence the sales team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative and self-motivation, with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
