Wholesale Customer Service Coordinator for EMEA Accounts

About the Role
VF Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join our team in the EMEA region. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth orderbook management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts across several markets in the EMEA region and ensure timely orderbook conversion.
- Compile and generate Orderbook reports as they relate to customers.
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and manage email communication.
- Interpret daily reports as needed by the business.
- Follow the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with our DC to ensure timely shipping.
- Work with sales operations and planning to track shortages and delays to supply, communicating to the customer where required in order to maintain a clean orderbook.
Requirements
- Outstanding English and German verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to interpret vast amounts of data and produce reports.
- Strong analytical skills with a flair for problem-solving.
- Understanding of logistics and DC activity.
- Ability to balance responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
