We are seeking a seasoned Localization Account Manager to join our AM Enterprise Team at our headquarters in Rome. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of establishing and growing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Leverage industry insights and market trends to identify new lines of business that align with our values of transparency, automation, and global delivery.
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with business partners to maximize lifetime value and drive overall profitability.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Acquire a deep understanding of key customer requirements, define account goals, and share strategic perspectives to drive business growth.
  • Onboard New Customers: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions and successful onboarding for new customers.
  • Expand Customer Relationships: Continuously propose solutions that meet and exceed customer objectives, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain Open Communication: Ensure clear and transparent communication with customers to anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Drive Account Profitability: Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner, driving account profitability and success.
  • Serve as a Liaison: Act as a link between key customers and internal teams, resolving issues and maintaining trust.
  • Provide Progress Reports: Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: A proven track record of establishing, growing, and developing targeted clients at the enterprise level.
  • Industry Knowledge: Past experience within the localization industry is essential, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Relationship Development: Experience in relationship development and the full life cycle of sales development, with a focus on providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Ability to resolve complex problems and negotiate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and another language, with Italian fluency being a plus.
  • Computer and Web Skills: Excellent computer and web skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and tools.
  • International Travel: Willingness to travel internationally, with a valid passport required.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a business or related discipline is required.
  • Minimum Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar AM role within the translation and localization industries is preferred.
  • International Experience: Experience working with international teams and a willingness to travel internationally are essential.
