Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a Store Activator. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Retail, Travel Retail, and Gas Station accounts in specific geographical areas.
Your primary objective will be to achieve all elements of Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull products to enable maximum sales of all Red Bull products.
Key Responsibilities- Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
- Management and development of designated area.
- Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
- Building quality relationships with foreign Store stakeholders through effective communication.
- Influencing decision makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
- Influence store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability.
- Ensure a fair stock level to secure a proper range availability and visibility to our consumers.
- Securing (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of the Red Bull.
- Placement of POS material, ensuring it's correctly sited and maintained in all outlets, mainly ethnic accounts.
- Ensuring agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day.
- Measurement, tracking, and audit of key in-store metrics with specific digital tools.
- Completing all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset and proactive approach. You should be able to manage and cultivate good relationships, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
Experience in FMCG is a plus, and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. A valid driving license is also necessary.
