Job Title: Striker - Store Activator - Puglia

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Puglia, Italy. As a Striker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring the availability and visibility of our products on store shelves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, including negotiation and communication
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of Red Bull products on store shelves
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English and Italian
