**IT Operations Specialist: un ruolo chiave per la nostra azienda multinazionale di assicurazioni**
Stiamo cercando un esperto di IT Operations per garantire la produzione e la stabilità degli ambienti tecnici. Il ruolo di IT Operations si inserisce nel contesto di un approccio Agile e DevOps, agendo come garante della produzione durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto.
**Le tue responsabilità:**
- Garantire la produzione e la stabilità degli ambienti tecnici;
- Gestire e risolvere incidenti, problemi e change negli ambienti di produzione;
- Collaborare con il team di progetto e partecipare alle decisioni collettive;
- Identificare e condividere le migliori pratiche di produzione delle applicazioni;
- Fornire analisi, monitoraggio e miglioramento delle prestazioni delle applicazioni;
- Anticipare problemi di conformità con regole e standard di architettura e sicurezza;
- Formare e supportare i membri del team nell'uso degli strumenti Agile & DevOps;
- Contribuire al miglioramento continuo della produzione.
**Requisiti del candidato:**
- Esperienza di lavoro in team internazionali;
- Buon inglese scritto e parlato;
- Esperienza nella area IT Risk and Cybersecurity;
- Esperienza nello sviluppare e agire sui processi;
- Spiccate doti analitiche;
- Esperienza nel setup di sistemi di monitoraggio;
- Esperienza nell'ownership di progetti;
- Capacità di ispirare gli altri e generare commitment;
- Esperienza di lavoro agile e DevOps;
- Conoscenza della DevOps chain (Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, Ansible,...).
**Requisiti tecnici:**
- OS Windows, Linux RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes;
- Oracle, SQL Server, Websphere, CFT;
- Openshift, Ansible, Git, Jenkins (CI/CD), Terraform;
- Java, Python, shell, Yaml;
- Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK, SysDig, LogDna;
- ServiceNow, PagerDuty.
**Condizioni di lavoro:**
- Sede di lavoro: Ibrido – 2 gg in Milano + 3gg smart working;
- RAL: Indicativamente tra i e i € in base alle competenze del candidato.
