We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Specialist to join our team at Siemens Healthcare S.r.l. in Milano Area. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for performing IT activities for the entire POC portfolio, achieving targets in agreement with the organization and in compliance with company strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Support the entire POC service portfolio performing IT installation, configuration, maintenance, and support on assigned hardware and software products.
- Collaborate with the Country CS organizations to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of all major POC projects and new product launches.
- Conduct technical workshops for CS colleagues to share knowledge and increase organization efficiency.
- Assure operational performance through respective CS Processes, including adherence to standards and Service Quality System.
- Partner with Sales in the pre-Sales phase to develop best-in-class solutions and ensure their ease of implementation.
- Manage relationships with Customer departments and 3rd Party providers to optimize solutions and implementation phases.
- Reinforce professional project management approaches in large projects.
- Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.
- Degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering, or equivalent working experience in Medical IT Company.
- Good knowledge of Laboratories Informatic Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machine, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis.
- Preferred experience in Medical IT activities (1-3 years).
- Car License.
- Resident in Milano Area.
