We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Risk Management Professional to join our team at Avature. As a key member of our Strategy Transformation FS Team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital resilience and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage resilience and business continuity projects by identifying, evaluating, and designing innovative solutions to address the evolving threat landscape.
- Contribute to the development of our digital resilience and business continuity service offering by sharing innovative ideas and best practices.
- Execute complex project activities requiring the definition of new approaches and methodologies in the field of operational resilience and business continuity.
- Develop and implement dynamic cyber risk management strategies and models aligned with client risk appetite and business goals.
- Evaluate potential cyber risks by conducting comprehensive risk assessments and identifying areas for improvement.
- Define recovery and remediation plans to effectively manage and minimize cyber risks.
- Support management in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen business relations and create new opportunities.
- 2-5 years of experience in a strategy consulting company delivering project activities in digital resilience, business continuity, and cyber risk management.
- Solid expertise in digital resilience, business continuity management, backup and recovery, incident response and recovery, cyber security testing and simulation, and cyber risk management methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Knowledge of GRC/TPRM tools and technologies.
- Passion for the cybersecurity industry and technology trends, innovations, and frameworks.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Certifications in resilience, business continuity, and cyber risk management (e.g., ISO 22301, CISM, CISSP, CBCP, CCRP).
- Fluent knowledge of the English language.
