Job Summary
As a CRM and Loyalty Support Intern at Samsung, you will play a key role in supporting the development and management of marketing and communications campaigns. Your responsibilities will include supporting the execution of the CRM strategy, particularly for loyalty properties, in all phases of the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and provide reporting to stakeholders across the business functions.Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of marketing and communications campaigns to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Assist in the execution of the CRM strategy, focusing on loyalty properties, to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success and provide regular reporting to stakeholders across the business functions.
- Support the analysis of campaign performance and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English language and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of loyalty program logic and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
