Amaris Consulting is a leading technology consulting firm that empowers businesses to thrive in a rapidly changing world. As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation and ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and align on business requirements for new communication tools and strategies.
  • Develop and execute a change management strategy to drive the adoption of new communication platforms, ensuring a smooth transition from Workplace by Meta to Microsoft Engage.
  • Design, deliver, and implement global and market-level training programs, including webinars and orientation sessions, tailored to different employee groups and roles.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of change initiatives, making real-time adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  • Work closely with regional coordinators to ensure local adaptation of change campaigns, harmonizing internal communication tools and ensuring consistency across global locations.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal communication teams and other stakeholders, focusing on aligning organizational goals with adoption strategies.
  • Track and report the progress of change management activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and desired outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management and training in complex global environments, with a focus on technology and communications tools.
  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an international context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs, as well as tracking and measuring the success of adoption initiatives.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Previous experience working in international or multicultural teams is highly preferred.
