We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at our flagship store in Milano Montenapoleone, working 24 hours per week.
As a representative of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled luxury experience to our clientele, establishing long-term customer relationships, and consistently meeting individual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage sales to ensure targets are met
- Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to the Bally Way to Sell
- Demonstrate motivation and enthusiasm, driving sales growth and individual success
- Foster customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development
- Participate in training sessions to support new product introductions
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment
Desired Profile:
- Strong focus on driving sales and achieving targets
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in clientelling and digital attitude
- Attention to grooming and presentation
- Passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Strong teamwork, results-driven, and proactive mindset
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail environment an asset
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
