Job Description

Korian, a leading healthcare and assistance provider, is seeking a highly skilled Building Manager to join our team in Tuscany.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient and professional work environment, ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare and social care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the physical infrastructure of our facilities, including heating, cooling, electrical, and fire safety systems.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Supervise and monitor the work of external contractors and internal maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly, minimizing disruption to our operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate management, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of technical regulations, including fire safety, health, and energy management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
