About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test & Commissioning Team Leader to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the testing and commissioning activities on several railway signalling projects, ensuring defects identification and correction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs, and Deadlines
  • Manage testing activities on railway signalling projects, ensuring defects identification and correction
  • Check compliance with Alstom HR and EHS policies, local standards, and regulations
  • Return of experience with regards to non-conformity observed during the commissioning phase

Requirements

  • Technical Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience in an industrial environment
  • Available to travel all around Italy
  • Flexibility, Agility, Responsibility, and Ability to respect deadlines
  • Passion for rail
