Housekeeping Team Leader – Join the esteemed Lungarno Collection as a Housekeeping Team Leader, an integral part of our dedicated Portrait Firenze team.
We seek professionals who possess an innate talent for hospitality, providing exceptional service with a touch of personalization and spontaneity.
After a comprehensive renovation, our hotel has re-emerged, retaining its timeless charm while offering a fresh and elegant ambiance.
The aesthetic of our lobby, featuring hues of blue, white, and leather, evokes the elegance of a luxurious vessel, perfectly complemented by the iconic Ponte Vecchio.
Our unique lounge, overlooking the river, serves as an ideal setting for intimate gatherings, just steps away from the renowned Borgo San Jacopo 1 Star Michelin restaurant, where guests can indulge in exquisite culinary experiences.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will report directly to the Executive Housekeeper, overseeing the maintenance and care of our facilities in line with the high standards established by our organization.
Your role will involve supervising and collaborating with the housekeeping team and room attendants to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and the overall upkeep of the premises.
Key Qualifications:
- A proactive attitude, a commitment to being part of a stable project, a passion for Florence, and a polished demeanor.
- Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively solve problems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills for teamwork.
- Keen attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sense.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Familiarity with the Opera management system is advantageous. Additional qualities include planning and organizational skills, human resource management, and administrative capabilities, along with enthusiasm, service orientation, flexibility, and adaptability.
