Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Lungarno Collection in Florence. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping operations and customer satisfaction.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and control housekeeping budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
- Knowledge of Opera management system.
