About the Role:

The Housekeeping Floor Supervisor is a key member of our hotel's operations team, responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and train our housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest levels of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that all team members have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and maintain high levels of cleanliness.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including linens, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
  • Inspect completed rooms to ensure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in luxury hospitality operations, with a focus on housekeeping and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
