About the Role:

The Housekeeping Operations Supervisor is vital in guiding our Housekeeping team to maintain the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public spaces, and staff areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the housekeeping team to adhere to Four Seasons standards
  • Oversee room inspections in accordance with established protocols
  • Manage work orders and inventory for guest floors
  • Ensure cleanliness of public areas and linen storage
Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with substantial experience in luxury hospitality management and supervisory roles within Housekeeping. The ideal individual shares our commitment to excellence and the creation of memorable experiences for our guests.

Proficiency in English and Italian is essential.
