Reservations Team Leader - Italian Hospitality Collection

We are seeking a Reservations Team Leader to oversee our reservation operations within our esteemed hospitality brand. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective management of the reservations team and processes.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maximizing occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and overall revenue through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ensuring adherence to brand standards and procedures to maintain quality assurance.
  • Leading and mentoring the reservations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Overseeing all reservation activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing bookings.
  • Collaborating with the Revenue Management team to develop promotional strategies and optimize pricing.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly in reservations or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Strong computer skills, particularly with hotel management systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a reservations or operations context.
  • Familiarity with Hilton systems or similar platforms.
  • Additional language skills, such as French or German, are advantageous.
