Reservations Team Leader - Italian Hospitality Collection

We are seeking a Reservations Team Leader to oversee the reservation operations for our esteemed hotel brand. This role will report directly to the General Manager and is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency in our booking processes.

Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position includes:

  • Maximizing occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and overall revenue from room bookings.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards and procedures for quality assurance.
  • Leading and managing the reservations team, overseeing both direct and indirect bookings.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to our brand's values, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in negotiation and time management.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, particularly in a reservations or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work visa.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a reservations or operations capacity.
  • Previous experience with an internationally recognized hotel brand.
  • Additional language skills, particularly in French or German, are advantageous.

Leadership Responsibilities
