About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Specialist to join our Global Customer Experience team at Too Good To Go. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our users and partners, ensuring they receive efficient and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Point of Contact: You will be the primary point of contact for our partners and customers, handling inquiries through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Priority Situations: You will be responsible for handling urgent cases and providing timely resolutions.
  • Brand Ambassador: You will embody the philosophy and tone of our brand, ensuring that our values are reflected in your interactions with customers and partners.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other teams to identify challenges and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: You must have experience in customer service or account management.
  • Language Proficiency: You must be fully proficient in Czech and English (C1).
  • Location: You must be located in Warsaw, Berlin, Lisbon, Madrid, or Milan.
  • Communication Skills: You must be a first-class communicator and able to draw on those skills to set the bar high.
  • CRM Experience: You must have experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, or SAP.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player who loves helping others, building positive relationships, and resolving conflicts.
  • Sustainability Passion: You must have a passion for sustainability and be committed to making a positive impact.
