Job Summary

The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing tender activities, customer service, and other operations-related tasks. This role will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and other teams to ensure the smooth execution of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tender activities, including screening, monitoring, and submitting pre-qualification information to tender authorities.
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date tender authority platforms and select eligible tenders.
  • Work with the team to prepare participation in tenders and offer submissions.
  • Manage the approval workflow for price to bid before submission of the offer.
  • Provide customer service and support, including answering customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Manage sales e-invoices submission in Sfera and analyze potential invoice rejections from public customers.
  • Partner with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to provide feedback on tender, orders, or customer requests.
  • Prepare and send commercial reports on orders entrance and deliveries status to tender authorities and regional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Law.
  • Good understanding of Italy's healthcare system, public procurement legislation, and regulatory requirements.
  • English language intermediate level (at least) - fluent in speaking.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office pack, Power BI, web sites, and platforms (e.g., e-procurement, e-orders, etc.) and management systems (e.g., ERP).
