As a Technical Sales Engineer at Hyva Group, you will be a key part of the commercial team responsible for channel development and growth in central and southern Italy.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing the sales strategy for your area, overseeing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals.
- Securing and growing revenue within a select group of key distributors.
- Effective channel management to increase HYVA's market share within coding and marking in these key distributors.
- Lead tracking and reporting of business KPIs in all submitted territory.
- Generating leads and proactive sales by executing against your promotional and networking events and activities.
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a technical or business field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar position working for an international market supplier or automotive distributor as an account manager or in product management.
- Strong understanding of the regional and national automotive market, as well as products, trends, and customer needs.
- Analytical mindset, strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills (min 3 years).
