Position Overview

The Project Manager will drive and monitor the exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China. He will ensure a multidisciplinary connection with all departments during the project to exchange good competences and procedures on: Design, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality.

On these activities, the project manager will get the full support and needed information from all the departments involved in the project: R&D, Purchase, Production, Logistics, Quality, After Sales.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive and monitor the exchange of information between the group manufacturing plants: Italy, Brazil, China.
  • Support the exchange of competence and procedures in: Design: Bill of Materials, Technical drawings, Technical documents; Quality procedures: Suppliers inspections, Incoming inspections, Assembly line checks, final tests; Manufacturing: Production procedures and work instructions, Assembly tools and best practices; Procurement: Key suppliers, Lead times, Target volumes, target prices.
  • Monitor the project timeline and ensure the respect of the project milestones.
  • Support the exchange of information and cross communications by online team meetings and visits on site.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years prior related experience.
  • Higher technical education with mechanical or related profile.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Planning and organizing.
  • Decision-making and communication skills.
  • Persuasiveness, influencing, and leading with humility.
  • Conflict management.
  • Team work oriented.
