We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at Ferrero, a leading global confectionery company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects related to the Commercial Transformation Program, with a specific focus on the IT Trade Platform.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Project Planning: Developing project plans according to project scope, objectives, and approach, defining activities, timing, and responsibility for different streams, highlighting milestones and deliverables.
- Project Development: Coordinating project streams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and different project phases, involving matter experts when necessary, and supporting the implementation of best practices transfer among streams/teams.
- Project Monitoring: Monitoring the state of work in terms of deliverables and timings, checking project objectives feasibility, and recommending proper actions to be taken to tackle project issues, providing updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Project Accounting: Providing a monthly consolidation of information vs. budget/plans, giving visibility to all stakeholders involved, and orchestrating the suppliers' selection process and supporting Procurement and Legal departments in the contract definition.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or similar, and 6-8 years of experience in a similar role/function of a multinational company. Previous knowledge on Commercial Matters, especially Sales and Trade, is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strategic and interpersonal skills, able to conduct and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to assure business continuity throughout the projects' lifecycle.
Strong project management skills, knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies, and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Demonstrated skills on Risk Management and mitigation actions are key to guarantee business continuity and being successful in this role.
The candidate should be fluent in English and Italian and proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project, with a strong knowledge as a user in SAP-based solutions. Having a PMP or equivalent certification will be a strong asset.
