- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities within the region.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate sales forecasts, budget proposals, and insightful reports.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value proposition of Baudouin's products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical support, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and customer-focused approach.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in the industrial engine or generator sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, backed by a solid understanding of market dynamics.

- Willingness to travel within the region as needed (approximately 40-50%).
