At AlfaDocs, we're revolutionizing the healthcare sector with our innovative software platform. As a Sales Representative Milano, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the daily lives of medical practices and patients.

Our vision is to provide a Software as a Service that helps digitalize the healthcare industry quickly. You'll be responsible for scheduling product demos, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in marketing and sales meetings to coordinate campaigns.

As a Sales Representative Milano, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team, receive a salary composed of a fixed compensation and a monthly performance-based bonus, and enjoy a range of benefits, including equipment, bonus for paid language courses, and training courses.

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, cold-calling experience, and strong results orientation and structured approach. You'll also need to be an Italian native speaker, fluent in English, and have a strong affinity with technological/innovative solutions.

The selection process will consist of four steps: Talent Acquisition, Case Scenario, Head of Sales, and CEO. During the onboarding phase, you'll receive training and support from a colleague responsible for your training.
