**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Team Lead to join our team at Alpitronic America Inc. as a key member of our marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that drives brand growth and commercial success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a global communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and vendors

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a tech company
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
