* Oversee daily Safe Haven operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective service delivery
* Ensure compliance with NYC and NY State regulations, including adherence to DHS contract requirements
* Supervise Assistant Program Director, Facility Maintenance, and Operations staff to ensure effective management of clinical and case management teams
* Oversee and promote effective strategies for case management and placement of clients into permanent housing
* Manage incident management, crisis interventions, and ensure timely documentation submission to oversight entities
* Engage with external partners, including government agencies and community members, to develop solution-oriented strategies for street homelessness

* Ensure positive communication and collaboration with partners in transitional and supportive housing
* Manage the program's budget and support staff professional growth through supervision and training
Requirements:
* Master's degree required; NYS Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred
* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
* Experience working in 24/7 programs and with homeless or formerly homeless populations preferred
* Thorough clinical understanding of service delivery concepts, including Housing First and Harm Reduction models
* Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessments
* Ability to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders
* Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Ability to delegate and motivate staff to achieve deliverables
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse populations
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Access-based databases
