As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and promoting APN (AWS Partner Network) partners in specific technology areas to AWS customers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Lead AWS Partnerships: Proactively identify, acquire, influence, and negotiate with strategic partners to manage existing partnerships and drive business growth.
- Strategic Business Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute business plans, inclusive of enablement, practice development, and marketing, to achieve partner goals.
- Partner Sales Revenue Growth: Drive sales revenue through regular pipeline, opportunity registration, and business reviews with partners to manage progress against business plans and core KPIs.
- Partner Value Proposition: Evangelize a partner's value proposition internally throughout AWS and externally with customers.
- Partner Enablement: Drive solutions, APN Program attainment, continuous enablement through training and certifications, and go-to-market strategies for differentiation and expanding partner footprints.
- Partner Operations: Act as the owner of Partner Operations, including setting up administration and governance within the partner, managing revenue reporting, opportunity registration in the APN, and ensuring seamless partner experiences.
- Extensive IT partner management experience in Italy.
- Extensive experience in technology-related sales/channel/business development.
- Extensive experience in working within matrix operating structures to consistently exceed expectations against defined goals and objectives.
- Proven track record of building and driving complex multi-year partnerships with diverse sets of channel partners.
- Demonstrated track record of success with sales/channel teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and demonstrated senior stakeholder management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive goals to completion.
- Strong understanding of cloud and IT technologies, trends, and partner business models.
- Broad partner network in Italy.
- Enterprise solution sales experience.
- Experience working with large and complex consulting partners, Telco, Global System Integrators, or distributors.
- Master's Degree.
- Experience and familiarity with the AWS platform, products, solutions, and capabilities.
