As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the Maintenance team, ensuring optimal efficiency and safety concerning machinery and overall plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the achievement of automation performance metrics (productivity, quality, etc.)
- Define requirements and technical specifications for programming robotic systems
- Oversee the Maintenance team and collaborate with external suppliers
- Develop software applications for PLC and robotic automation
- Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of automated systems
- Engage with various stakeholders to promote plant efficiency
- Oversee inventory related to Maintenance
- Provide technical software support
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives within the facility.
