YOUR FUTURE ROLE
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within the newly established Group Logistics Intelligence function, supporting the Business Intelligence & Analytics project streams as well as the ongoing weekly operations.
Given the extensive scope and visibility of the team, it is essential for the candidate to possess a solid understanding of the technical domains (analytics & business intelligence) and the capability to effectively present results to various stakeholders both within and outside the Logistics function.
We are not seeking a purely technical profile (such as a developer), but rather an individual with experience in managing data-related projects, capable of coordinating both internal and external development resources.
Key responsibilities include the conceptualization, publication, and distribution of Directional Logistics KPIs, in collaboration with all network regions and departments (including regional reporting teams, transportation, and warehouse teams):
• Assist in executing advanced analytics projects and their implementation across the logistics footprint
• Develop Business Intelligence/dashboard projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Discover and map new business/logistics flows
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
• Support the execution of advanced analytics projects and their implementation across the logistics footprint
• Aid in the project management of Business Intelligence initiatives, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Conceptualize and distribute Directional Logistics KPIs, collaborating with all network regions and departments (including regional reporting teams, transportation, and warehouse teams)
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Analytics/IT Consulting, preferably within a Supply Chain context
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Solid experience in managing Business Intelligence & Analytics projects
