About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Project Manager and Data Analytics expert to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Energy Italy S.P.A. in Transformers Europe. As a key member of our Hub HR team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business objectives and driving sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage HR projects impacting Hub business, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Drive workforce planning tool development, coach HRBPs and managers on tool usage, and maintain data quality.
  • Maintain Hitachi Global Grading consistency and accuracy across the Hub, owning the book of jobs and recommending job mapping.
  • Design and deliver qualitative and on-time Hub dashboards, educate HRBPs and managers on data insights, and run analytics on training completion.
  • Support key HR processes, including annual salary review, annual incentive plan, talent review process, global performance management, talent pool nominations, and engagement survey.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to educate on HR tools, facilitate issue resolution, and run audits on HR data quality.
  • Contribute to Hitachi Energy HR transformation stabilization projects related to data management, digitalization, and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role and managing projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday tool.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility, a focus on results, and the ability to work in a team.
