Job Description

Caldic seeks a seasoned Dairy Market Sales Growth Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the dairy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost sales revenue and material margin for key customers.
  • Set targets for long-term growth and collaborate with marketing to achieve segment sales objectives.
  • Pricing and quotation management, promoting Caldic's offerings through balanced portfolios of initiatives.
  • Ownership of customer relationships, including lead generation, initial contact, visits, contract management, and deal closure.
  • Elaborate and implement account planning for key customers, analyzing market trends and indicators.
  • Forecast segment sales in joint meetings with marketing and share information with supply chain teams.
Decision Rights and KPIs

Influence individual customer pricing and account plans. Key Performance Indicators include:

  • Material margin and revenue growth.
  • Opportunity generation and follow-up (number, value, success rate).
  • CRM adoption, number of customer visits, minimum buying customers, and extension share of wallet customers.
  • New product sales and promotion, compiling and registering product customer potentials.
  • Average sale per customer, rate of lost customers, and quality of account plans.
