About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to join our team in the Information and Communication Technology department of Intesa Sanpaolo Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex IT solutions to support the bank's business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement innovative IT solutions that meet the business requirements of the bank
  • Develop technical and architectural analysis of business processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that IT solutions are delivered on time and within budget
  • Supervise the development of IT solutions and ensure that they meet the bank's architectural and design guidelines
  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and IT transformation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that IT solutions meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to improve the bank's IT solutions
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in IT application architecture, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture, design patterns, and software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience with cloud computing, DevOps, and containerization technologies
  • Fluency in English, with a minimum of B2 level
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of data management and IT transformation
  • Experience with modern web and mobile application development
  • Knowledge of design patterns and software architecture
  • Experience with IT service management tools and technologies
