At Vertiv, we're building a team of experts who can help our customers navigate the complex world of thermal management. As a Thermal Architect, you'll play a key role in our Application Engineering Team and Strategic KA Sales Team, leading the way in thermal management products, including chillers, fan walls, and liquid cooling solutions.

**Job Overview:**

The Thermal Architect is responsible for providing technical support and commercial approach on all thermal products. You'll work closely with Key Account Directors and Key Account Application Engineers to facilitate the needs of our customers, offering a balance of relationship management and technical support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Technical Sales: Network of consultants to support key accounts in EMEA, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, CDU, pumped refrigeration, and in-row cooling.
  • FATs and other duties.
  • Drive growth in thermal sales and profitability for both products and services.
  • Drive a focus on Vertiv end-to-end thermal solutions.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers consisting of top EMEA clients.
  • Build relationships with consultants and customers.
  • Secure growth in pipeline generation and a healthy balanced pipeline.
  • Manage commercial positioning with the account director, actively participating, supporting, and coordinating with the rest of the sales teams in bids.

**Requirements:**

  • School background: engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience.
  • Previous working experience: 10+ years of experience in thermal management products and installation, especially for data centers or equivalent. Additional value any experience on liquid cooling.
  • Solid experience matured in adjacent markets and in similar positions.
  • Language skills: fluent English written and verbal required.
  • Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Customer/Sales orientation.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Capable to build strong networks internally within the Vertiv community.
