**Job Overview**

The Thermal Solutions Architect is a key role within the Application Engineering Team and the Strategic Key Account Sales Team. As the leader for Thermal Management products, including chillers, fan walls, and liquid cooling solutions, you will work closely with major customers in the assigned segment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • **Technical Sales**
    • Develop and maintain a network of consultants to support key accounts in EMEA
    • Provide technical expertise on chillers, CRAC/CRAH, CDU, pumped refrigeration, and in-row cooling solutions
  • **Field Acceptance Testing (FATs) and Other Duties**
  • **Drive Growth**
    • Contribute to the growth of thermal sales and profitability for both products and services
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive end-to-end thermal solutions
  • **Customer Management**
    • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers, including top EMEA clients
    • Build and maintain relationships with consultants and customers
  • **Commercial Positioning**
    • Collaborate with account directors to develop commercial strategies
    • Participate in bid development and coordination with sales teams

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • **Education**
    • Engineering background or equivalent education with proven field experience
  • **Experience**
    • 10+ years of experience in thermal management products and installation, particularly in data centers or equivalent
    • Additional value in experience with liquid cooling solutions
  • **Skills**
    • Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Customer and sales orientation
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Ability to build strong networks within the Vertiv community
