Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and collaborating with various departments to achieve hotel objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in refining and executing marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Engage in brand management activities, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity in daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the social media agency to ensure content calendar adherence, handle campaign briefs, coordinate graphic content and scheduling, and provide additional support as needed.
  • Work with the PR/Press agency to support daily PR/Press requests, coordinate guest stays and F&B experiences, and collaborate with the events team for event coordination.
  • Manage suppliers for marketing materials and collaterals.
  • Support digital activities, managing daily requests from the digital team, conducting quarterly audits of digital channels, and supporting merchandising strategies on digital channels and related campaigns.
  • Coordinate daily marketing activities with various departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall hotel objectives.
  • Support content strategy activities, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate and execute partnership activities.
  • Manage procurement of marketing materials and activities with suppliers, monitoring the budget breakdown to ensure alignment with the plan.
  • Handle reporting activities and coordinate reports from external agencies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
