Overview

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and human resources to support the Digital People Systems team in managing and improving HR systems and processes across Moody's. Responsibilities include system maintenance, issue resolution, process documentation, and participation in system enhancements and project implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze system processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Technical proficiency: Desire to learn more about HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, etc.) preferred
  • Problem-solving skills: Capability to resolve system issues and incidents
  • Communication skills: Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements and provide support
  • Project management: Basic understanding of project management principles desired
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

This team is responsible for many systems, including the SuccessFactors HCM, Cornerstone Learning Management Systems (LMS), recruitment and onboarding tools, and performance and recognition software.
