Talent Acquisition Partner Role

About the Role

  • End-to-end recruitment process management, including job advertising, application review, phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to identify emerging trends influencing recruitment activities.
  • Leading kick-off meetings with hiring managers to discuss role details and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Establishing strong business relationships with leaders to understand recruitment needs.
  • Delivering and negotiating role offers with candidates, including coordination of salary packages and benefits.
  • Building the talent brand through internal partnerships and external engagement.
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs, working closely with the Shared Service team.
  • Engagement in regionally led recruitment projects to improve processes and expand service offerings.

About Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 2-3 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology.
  • Strong execution capabilities, able to prioritize and drive collaboration.
  • Experience working with a Talent Center of Excellence and HR Shared Service model.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Third-level degree qualified in a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of Italian employment laws and regulations desired.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, ideally another European language.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a small team and individually.
