About the Role

As a Brand Specialist at Amazon, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction for our strategic brands. You will work closely with our vendors to develop and implement short- and long-term strategies, leveraging Amazon's e-commerce capabilities to drive sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Core Service: Analyze market trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business performance through Amazon programs.
  • Availability & Operational Excellence: Drive supply-chain operational excellence initiatives to reduce costs, defects, and lead times.
  • Promotion & Funding: Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products and increase traffic.
  • Selection & IDQ: Grow selection by managing the launch of new products and improving discoverability.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Minimum of 12 months professional experience in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Consulting.
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of another European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish).
