The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with experience in sales and marketing teams management. You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, building strategies for lead generation, managing partnerships, and overseeing budgeting and financial analysis.

As Chief Growth Officer, your primary goal will be to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that drives business expansion. This includes:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives
  • Managing the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Cultivating strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels, events, and trade shows
