We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Revenue Growth and Marketing Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving consistent value in revenue-generating and customer-engagement activities.
About the Role
As our ideal candidate, you will have at least 5 years of experience as a Chief Growth Officer or similar role with a proven track record of success. You will also have extensive knowledge of the different areas of marketing, with a focus on funnel optimization, performance marketing, and SEO.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee marketing, sales, and customer success strategies and campaigns.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team by using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and make informed decisions.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing department, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help the team achieve objectives and deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Growth Officer or similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Prior experience in scaling a subscription-based SaaS to 50M ca.
- In-depth understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dynamics, including ROAS, onboarded-customers volume, market capture vs investment per geography, ARR vs Sales & Marketing spend, ARR volume and growth rate, net revenue retention rate, and NPS.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Google Search Console, and analytics tools in general.

- A competitive estimated salary of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
