Job Overview

The W Rome is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales and Revenue Management to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth, developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Manage the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and inventory decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize room inventory and maximize revenue
  • Provide regular sales and revenue reports to senior management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data and analytics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales and revenue management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and train a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid vacation time, and opportunities for career development.
