About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our food and beverage technology sales team in driving innovation and growth in the industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory plan to maximize revenue, generating and achieving monthly territory forecasts, and building working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
  • Sell and promote the sales of Oracle products to customers, negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division, developing joint account plans with field managers.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue, predicting and accurately forecasting revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team, managing escalation and addressing any challenges or concerns.

What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
  • A proven track record in team management, with 2-3 years of experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to sell complex business software applications, with a strong background in providing SaaS-based EPOS solutions and related services.
  • Strong forecasting skills, able to anticipate market trends and plan strategies accordingly.
  • A robust network within the F&B industry, providing access to valuable leads and opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their goals.
  • Drive, tenacity, and an abundance of enthusiasm, with a large dose of creativity.
