Job Title: Product Growth Strategist - Payment Solutions
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Growth Strategist to join our Operational Insights Program Global Product Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion initiatives for our payment processing anomaly detection solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to identify and develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and develop new market segments and drive expansion and increase market share.
- Identify and develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new customers, including pricing optimization and partnership development.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement partnerships to accelerate growth and expand our product offering.
- Use data analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage a wide range of stakeholders, including go-to-market, customer success, engineering, legal, compliance, finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure we define optimal solutions and scope the product/service must follow to be successful in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth and expansion, market development, and revenue optimization in payments.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in data analytics products and business intelligence solutions is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends to drive product innovation and differentiation.
