Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Strategist to join our team at Experian. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services.
Job Summary:
- You will guide new customers through the setup process and ensure they understand how to use our product.
- You will develop relationships with customers, being their main contact.
- You will provide ongoing support and address any issues or concerns customers may have.
- Conduct product demonstrations to help customers understand the value and functionality of our product.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve our product and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that may benefit our customers.
- Represent our customers' needs and interests within the company to ensure they are met.
- Monitor and report on measurements related to customer success, such as customer satisfaction and retention rates.
The successful candidate will have:
- +5 years experience in customer success positions.
- Problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with our product and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to guide improvements.
- Manage multiple customer accounts and tasks.
- English/Italian fluency.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
