Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to support the growth of our Russian market. This role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs, and developing partnerships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to identify their training requirements and challenges
- Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert
- Analyze client data to drive engagement and satisfaction
- Identify upsell opportunities and collect feedback to improve the training solution
- Develop industry insights and provide recommendations to optimize client training performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B company
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Advanced level of English, with Russian and Italian language skills a plus
