Customer Adoption Manager

Cisco Systems, Inc. is looking for a talented Customer Adoption Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing services and service creation to drive software adoption and accelerate the customer lifecycle across our partner ecosystem.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and reporting on the progress of adoption initiatives, assessing their impact, and iterating on strategies as needed.
- Acting as a liaison between partners and Cisco's CX product teams, sharing feedback to advise on product development and improvements.
- Mentoring and coaching partners to build their customer success best practices.
A salary of approximately $125,000 per year is estimated for this role.
