At Homerun B.V., we're seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our team in Italy. With over 10 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for coordinating the Customer Service divisions across multiple countries and leading a multicultural team.

Job Summary:

  • Coordinate order management, shipping, returns, and complaints
  • Lead a team of more than 15 staff members
  • Collaborate with logistics operators
  • Provide order progress and turnover reports

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Office pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
